  • Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund for most items. Products must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and tags.

  • Exceptions: Customized items, digital products, and final – sale items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Get a Refund

  • Shipping:

    • If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping and give you a prepaid label.

    • If it’s a change of mind, you pay for return shipping. Use a trackable method.

3. Processing

  • Inspection: We’ll check the returned item within 3 – 5 business days.

  • Refund: If approved, we’ll send the refund to your original payment method in 5 – 7 business days.

4. Damaged Items

If you get a damaged product, contact us right away. We’ll either refund you (including shipping) or send a replacement.

5. Cancelled Orders

Cancel before shipping, and we’ll refund you within 1 – 2 business days.
